German Water Partnership Supports Water Infrastructure Development, CEO Says

Egypt and Germany have a longstanding partnership in the water sector, according to Boris Greifeneder, chief executive of the German Water Partnership.

Greifeneder said the partnership supports the development of water infrastructure, highlighting cooperation between the two countries.

That cooperation brings together government institutions, private-sector businesses and universities, he said, describing a relationship that extends beyond official channels.

His remarks placed collaboration among those institutions at the heart of the countries’ water-sector partnership, linking public authorities with business and academia.
