Thousands Mourn Victims of Karak Church Attack at Funeral in Jordan

Thousands of Jordanians gathered in the village of Al-Hamoud in Karak governorate for the funerals of eight victims of Friday’s armed attack on a church.

Hymns accompanied the farewell, with floral wreaths marking the mourning as crowds came to pay their respects to those killed.

The funeral gathering brought mourners to the village following the attack in Karak, where nine people lost their lives.

The ninth victim’s funeral will be held on Monday in the Jordanian capital, Amman.
