Mbappe Double Wins Clasico for Real Madrid and Denies Barcelona New Record

Kylian Mbappe scored twice to secure victory for Real Madrid in El Clasico, denying Barcelona the chance to set a new record.

His first goal arrived in the 41st minute with a stroke of fortune, rather than a clean strike on goal.

Barcelona defender Gerard Martin attempted to clear the ball, but it struck Mbappe and went into the net. The goal was credited to the Real Madrid forward.

Mbappe’s two-goal contribution ultimately settled the rivalry clash in Madrid’s favour, leaving Barcelona without either the victory or the record they had been chasing.
