‘Dawn of Yemen’ Aims to Restore State Institutions, Ministerial Adviser Says

Dr. Faisal al-Awadi, an adviser to Yemen’s information minister, said the “Dawn of Yemen” operation aims to restore state institutions as part of efforts to confront the Houthis.

Al-Awadi described the operation’s objectives as reclaiming those institutions and ridding Yemeni territory of what he called the effects of the coup.

His remarks framed the restoration of state authority as a central goal of the operation, linking the institutional effort to the confrontation with the Houthis.

The statement did not provide details on the operation’s timing, geographic scope or forces involved, nor did it report any specific outcomes.
