Ahmed Moussa Highlights Territorial Unity Pledge in Joint Alamein Declaration

Egyptian broadcaster Ahmed Moussa has highlighted a commitment to territorial unity in the joint Alamein declaration involving Egypt, Eritrea, Sudan and Somalia.

Moussa said that, under the declaration, anything affecting the territorial unity of Eritrea, Somalia or Sudan would also be considered an infringement on Egypt’s unity.

His remarks focused on the link the declaration draws between Egypt’s territorial unity and that of the other participating countries.

Moussa presented that shared commitment as a key element of the Alamein declaration, placing the protection of national unity at the centre of his account.
