Database Integration Key to Simpler Digital Services, Egyptian Technology Expert Says

Integrating databases is central to simplifying digital services, according to Mohamed Azzam, an information technology and digital transformation expert.

Azzam said the number of Egyptians using the Digital Egypt platform had reached approximately 10.5 million citizens, highlighting the scale of its user base.

His remarks linked the goal of easier digital services to the way the underlying databases work together. The emphasis was on integration as a means of making services simpler to use.

With millions of Egyptians already using the platform, database integration represents a key issue in efforts to improve the digital service experience.
