Al-Ghazali Reached the Pinnacle of Religious Learning and Philosophy, Awqaf Scholar Says

Imam Abu Hamid al-Ghazali ranks among the Islamic world’s greatest scholars, according to Dr. Khaled Galal, a scholar with Egypt’s Ministry of Awqaf.

Galal said al-Ghazali had reached the pinnacle of both religious sciences and philosophy, highlighting the breadth of his intellectual achievement.

He pointed to al-Ghazali’s extensive knowledge as a key reason for his distinguished standing among scholars of the Muslim community.
