Russia-Ukraine War Undergoing Strategic Shift, International Relations Expert Says

The Russia-Ukraine conflict has undergone a significant strategic change since the start of the year, according to international relations expert Dr. Hossam al-Baqiei.

Al-Baqiei said the shift had affected both sides of the conflict, describing it as an important development in the course of the war.

His assessment also pointed to a European strategy aimed at wearing Russia down, placing Europe’s approach alongside the changes affecting the two warring sides.

The brief remarks did not specify the changes on either side or detail the measures involved in the European strategy.
