Lack of Resolution on Gaza and Iran Burdens US Policy, Security Expert Says

The absence of a decisive outcome on Gaza and Iran is weighing on US policy, according to security and strategic affairs expert Mohsen al-Shobaki, speaking from the Jordanian capital, Amman.

Al-Shobaki’s assessment identified the two issues as unresolved challenges for Washington, placing them at the center of his criticism of American policy.

He also said the United States faces real dilemmas in dealing with artificial intelligence, adding a technological dimension to the challenges he outlined.

His remarks included a reference to what he called “viruses,” but the available summary did not explain the term or its connection to artificial intelligence. It also provided no details of any measures he proposed for addressing the issues.
