Luxor Upgrades Roads and Utilities Ahead of Tourist Season

Luxor is implementing an integrated plan to improve its roads, streets and utilities as the city prepares for the tourist season, city head Major General Dr. Ali El-Sherbiny said.

El-Sherbiny said the work forms part of a comprehensive effort to upgrade the city’s infrastructure, with improvements covering both its road network and public utilities.

The infrastructure programme is being carried out alongside preparations for the tourism season, linking the city’s upgrade work with its seasonal readiness efforts.

His statement did not specify individual projects, a budget or a timetable for completing the planned improvements.
