Egypt-Saudi Coordination Supports Regional Stability, Akram El-Qassas Says

Journalist Akram El-Qassas said coordination between Egypt and Saudi Arabia supports stability in the region, highlighting the political significance of relations between the two countries.

El-Qassas described the House of Representatives’ approval of the authorization under discussion as a political stance, rather than simply a parliamentary decision.

He said that stance reflects the Egyptian state’s approach toward Saudi Arabia, placing the vote in the context of Cairo’s relations with the kingdom.

His remarks linked the parliamentary approval to the broader importance he attached to Egyptian-Saudi coordination and its role in supporting regional stability.
