Egyptians’ Awareness Is First Line of Defence for National Security, Military Expert Says

Major General Ayman Abdel Mohsen, a military and strategic expert, said Egyptians’ awareness is the first line of defence for the country’s national security.

His remarks came as he commented on President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi’s expanded meeting at the Strategic Command headquarters in the New Administrative Capital.

Abdel Mohsen said holding the meeting reflected the significance of its timing and the importance of the issues discussed.

His assessment placed public awareness at the forefront of national security, alongside his emphasis on the importance of the presidential meeting.
