‘Army of the Sun’ Operetta to Mark October Victory Anniversary in Shebin El-Kom

The General Authority for Cultural Palaces will hold an arts celebration at Shebin El-Kom Culture Palace at 8 p.m. tomorrow, Tuesday, to mark the anniversary of Egypt’s October victories.

The event will feature the operetta “Army of the Sun,” bringing the commemoration to the stage through a musical performance.

Organised by the authority, headed by artist Hisham Atwa, the celebration is part of the Ministry of Culture’s programme marking the 53rd anniversary of the victories.

The Shebin El-Kom event places the operetta at the heart of a cultural tribute to the occasion, with the local culture palace hosting the evening’s programme.
