Woman Arrested After Newborn Girl Found Outside Building in Bulaq al-Dakrur

Giza detectives have arrested a woman accused of leaving her newborn daughter outside a building in Bulaq al-Dakrur.

Police inquiries into the discovery of the baby led investigators to identify the woman as her mother.

According to the preliminary findings, the woman left the infant after giving birth following a relationship outside marriage.

An official report was filed over the incident, and the case was referred to prosecutors for investigation.
