Unlicensed Parking Attendant Arrested Over Unjustified Payment Demand in Dar El Salam

An unlicensed parking attendant was arrested in Dar El Salam after demanding money from a citizen without justification, according to Egypt’s Interior Ministry.

The ministry said it had examined the circumstances of a video circulated on social media about the incident.

The person who posted the footage complained about a man demanding payment. The complaint concerned an unjustified charge linked to the man’s work as a parking attendant.
