Traffic Radar Records 1,187 Speeding Vehicles in 24 Hours

Traffic radar detected 1,187 vehicles travelling at excessive speeds over a 24-hour period as Egypt’s General Traffic Department carried out enforcement campaigns.

The operations were coordinated with traffic departments across different security directorates to improve discipline on the roads.

The campaigns focused on enforcing traffic laws and regulations and identifying motorists who violated them.

Speed monitoring formed part of the wider effort to detect violations and ensure drivers complied with road rules.
